Filing 8 ORDER - The Court ORDERS that A.J. v. Commonwealth of Virginia et al. (3:2lcv532), A.J. v. Commonwealth of Virginia et al. (3:2lcv533), B.J. v. Commonwealth of Virginia et al. (3:21cv534), and M.J. v. Virginia Department of State Police et al. (3:21cv793) shall be consolidated into a single matter. From this point forward, any filings in these consolidated cases shall be filed in Case No. 3:21cv532. Within seven (7) days of the date of this Order, the parties SHALL inform the Court, in writing, of how they intend to handle the motions already pending in the four individual matters and how they intend to go forward with respect to any responsive documents.
