It should name all defendants; state all claims Plaintiff is raising; provide a statement of facts about events related to the claims in the order that they occurred; state facts about what each defendant did (or did not do) to violate Plaintiff's constitutional rights, explain what nonfrivolous claim Plaintiff was unable to present (if any) because of the defendants' alleged violations of his rights; and state what relief Plaintiff seeks by filing the case. Failure to file an Amended Complaint within 30 days of the date of entry of this Minute Order may result in dismissal of part or all of the case without prejudice. Plaintiff is advised that all necessary facts should be stated in the amended complaint; he should not rely on the court to look for any such facts in separate, attached copies of grievance proceedings or state court documents.
