Plaintiff's 16 MOTION to Remand is DENIED. Defendants' 3 an d 5 MOTIONS to Dismiss are GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claims alleging favoritism, retaliation, race discrimination, sex discrimination, and violation of Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and West Virginia Code Sections 5-11-9 and 5-11-20. The Moti ons to Dismiss are DENIED in all other respects. This case is REMANDED to the Circuit Court of McDowell County, West Virginia based upon the Court's decision to decline to exercise its supplemental jurisdiction.
