ORDER: To the extent Plaintiff is complaining that his due process rights were violated during disciplinary proceedings causing a loss of good time credit, the undersigned considers Plaintiff's above claim as an attempt to initiate a habeas corpus action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 and hereby DIRECTS the Clerk to open a new civil action and include therein a copy of Plaintiff's #1 " 2241/Bivens Claim" and #2 Affidavit in Support. The Clerk is to send Plaintiff a copy of a form Section 2241 Petition and Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with a Section 2241 action, within 30 days of entry of this Order, he should file the form Section 2241 Petition, and either pay the Court's filing fee of $5.00 or file the Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis.
