ORDER: The Clerk is DIRECTED to modify the Docket Sheet to reflect that M. E. Reherman is the proper Respondent herein, both in the style of the case and the short style at the top of the Docket Sheet. Petitioner is provisionally GRANTED in forma pauperis status. Petitioner, however, is ORDERED to either (1) pay the $5.00 filing fee, or (2) file an Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis by 5/22/2020. Failure to comply will result in a recommendation of dismissal of this matter without prejudice. Respondent shall by 5/22/2020 file an Answer to the #1 Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (2241) showing cause why the relief sought should not be granted.
