Filing 3 ORDER On 2/8/2023, Plaintiff filed what this Court construed as a letter-form Complaint claiming entitlement to relief pursuant to Bivens. To the extent Plaintiff is claiming his disciplinary conviction resulted in the loss of good time credit and resulted in a violation of his due process rights, Plaintiff is NOTIFIED that such a claim must first be pursued pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with his Bivens claim, he has until 3/10/2023 to amend his Complaint to name individual defendants, and state specific facts as to how each defendant violated his constitutional rights. Plaintiff is NOTIFIED to exhaust his available administrative remedies prior to filing a civil action. If Plaintiff wishes to fully exhaust his administrative remedies prior to seeking relief, he should voluntarily dismiss this action and initiate a new action upon completion of the administrative remedy process. The Court directs Plaintiff to either pay the filing and administrative fee totaling $402 or file an Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis by 3/10/2023. . Signed by Magistrate Judge Omar J.
