MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Directing that the following items remain SEALED until further order: 1) Exhibit B, attached as Doc. 3-4 to the 3 Motion to Seal; 2) Exhibit C, attached as Doc. 3-5 to the 3 Motion to Seal; and 3) Exhibits A through C , attached as Doc. 5-1 to the 5 Motion for Withdrawal; directing that the following items are UNSEALED subject to the redaction described hereinafter: 1) the 3 Motion to Seal the Motion for Withdrawal; (2) the 5 Motion for Withdrawal; (3) the P roposed Order to Seal attached as Doc. 3-1 to the 3 Motion to Seal; (4) the Attached Motion for Withdrawal attached as Doc. 3-2 to the 3 Motion to Seal; and (5) the one page NEF attached as Exhibit A, Doc. 3-3, to the 3 Motion to Seal; filing t he letters from plaintiffs' counsel marked as Plaintiffs' Exhibit 1 at the hearing held 1/15/2010 be SEALED until further order; sentence 2 of paragraph 2 in the 5 Motion for Withdrawal and sentence 2, paragraph 2 of the Attached Motion f or Withdrawal, attached as Exhibit 2, Doc. 3-2 of the 3 Motion to Seal be redacted from the copy on the public record and an unredacted copy placed under SEAL; if a transcript is requested, the court reporter shall file redacted and unredacted tran scripts; plaintiff shall have until 3/4/2010 for issuance of summons and service of process; continuing the 1/15/2010 hearing until 1:15 PM 3/16/2010; plaintiffs shall provide their clients a copy of this order.
