MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Proceduure 55(b)(1), granting Plaintiff's 19 VERIFIED MOTION for Default Judgment by the Court against Buffy A. Burkhammer, individually, and Buffy A. Burkhammer as Executo r of the Estate of Gerald M.
