MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER the Court concludes that Plaintiffs have failed to prove the requisite elements of an MPLA cause of action by a preponderance of the evidence, therefore the Court finds that Defendant is not liable to Plaintffs for medical negligence; Judgment will be entered in favor of the Defendant and this case will be removed from the Court's docket.
