SCHEDULING ORDER directing that this case shall proceed as follows: The amendment of any pleading and the joinder of any party shall be completed no later than 6/21/2021. The parties shall serve all discovery requests by 1/3/2022, and complete all depositions by 2/15/2022. Expert Witness List by the party bearing the burden of proof due no later than 12/17/2021, by the party not bearing the burden of proof due no later than 1/17/2022, and to solely contradict or rebut evidence due no later than 2/1/2022. All dispositive motions, except those filed under Rule 12(b), shall be filed and served by 3/7/2022, with responses due by 3/21/2022, and replies due by 3/28/2022. Settlement Meeting to be held no later than 5/9/2022. All motions in limine shall be filed and served by 3/7/2022, with responses due by 3/21/2022. The plaintiff portion of the proposed integrated pretrial order shall be submitted to opposing counsel by 5/12/2022, and the integrated pretrial order due for entry no later than 5/19/2022. A pretrial conference shall be held at 9:00 AM on 6/16/2022. Proposed charges to the jury due by 6/21/2022. A final settlement conference shall be held at 9:00 AM on 6/16/2022.
