May 7, 2009	Filing 819 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Class Counsel's Motion 809 for Award of Attorneys' Fees and Reimbursement of Costs and Award of Incentive Fees is granted in part; however the amount of recovery available to class members is uncertain and bec ause individual class members will only receive a slim fraction of what eas expected at the outset of litigation, the attorneys' fees will not be the full amount requested, the Court denies the request for $6 million in fees and instead Ord ers distribution to Plaintiffs' counsel in the amount of $4,250,000 for fees and $3,134,600.53 for reimbursement of expenses (plus any reasonable amount incurred during the administration of settlement); in addition, each of the named class representatives shall receive the requested $25,000 incentive.
