MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER The court finds 1) that the pro tanto method is superior for settlement credit on the facts of this case; 2) that the proposed settlement between Plaintiff and defendant Marathon Petoleum is fair and was reached in good f aith; and 3) that the disputed $205,000 in costs incurred by Veolia for transportation and disposal is recoverable.
