Filing 77 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's 69 MOTION to Enforce Order and for Sanctions; directing that the previous 63 order to preserve the vehicle shall be extended to 02/28/2013; Defendant Robinson sha ll be made available for deposition by Plaintiff on 2/4 or 2/5, 2013, the date and time certain to be selected by Plaintiff after giving due consideration to Defendant's schedule on those two days; On or before 1/23/2013, Defendant's shall provide Plaintiff with complete responses to all discovery requests previously filed by Plaintiff, including the request for supplementation filed on 11/26/2012, in a manner that fully complies with the applicable Federal discovery rules, the Local R ules, and any prior order of this Court; Defendants have agreed to Bates-stamp or similarly number their document production; pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b)(2)(C), on or before 2/15/2013, Defendants, or their counsel, shall pay Plaintiff the amoun t of $5,769.80 to reimburse Plaintiff for her attorneys fees and costs incurred as a result of Defendants' failure to timely comply with the Court's prior discovery order.
