The Parties are DIRECTED to submit additional briefing on the issue of whether, in light of the recently filed medical records from FCI Three Rivers, Defendants McLain and Edwards were deliberately indifferent to Plaintiff's serious medi cal needs; additional briefing by defendants will be due by 7/31/2009 with responsive memoranda by Plaintiff due by 8/14/2009 and replies due by 8/25/2009.
