MEMORANDUM OPINION AND REMAND ORDER: For the reasons stated herein, the Court DIRECTS that Plaintiff's 28 MOTION for Leave to File Attached Amended Complaint and Supplemental 59 MOTION for Leave to File Attached Amended Complaint are GRANTED . Therefore, the Court REMANDS this case to the Circuit Court of Wyoming County for further proceedings and Directs that the pending motions 10 , 13 , 16 , 20 , 21 , 33 , 41 and 52 are DENIED as MOOT.
