MEMORANDUM OPINION: After careful consideration of the evidence of record, the Court finds that the Commissioner's decision is supported by substantial evidence. Accordingly, by Judgment Order entered this day, the Plaintiff's 19 MOTIO N to Remand is DENIED; Defendant's 20 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED, the final decision of the Commissioner is AFFIRMED, and this matter is DISMISSED from the docket of this Court.
