ORDER: Directing the Clerk to open a new civil action as to Plaintiffs Ashmore, Adkins, Cole, Halstead, Mayo and Clements, and to terminate these parties from Civil Action No. 5:19-cv-00159; advising that, if Plaintiffs wish to proceed with a Section 1983 claim, each Plaintiff should file a separate, Amended Complaint naming "persons" as defendants and stating specific facts as to how each defendant violated his constitutional rights; directing that each Plaintiff has until 4/12/2019, to file a separate, Amended Complaint; notifying Plaintiffs that each must pay the $400 filing fee or file an Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees; directing the Clerk to mail to Plaintiff Williams a copy of this order and a form complaint; directing the Clerk to mail a copy of this Order, a form Complaint, and an Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees to Plaintiffs Ashmore, Adkins, Cole, Halstead, Mayo, and Clements.
