District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ORDER entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER 1. Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $ 30.94, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1)(A); and the remainder of the fee [$ 319.06] is to be assessed an d collected in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2); 2.The Clerk shall issue a summons for defendant Jeanne Lotrionte and reissue a summons for defendant Rencricca. The Clerk shall mail to plaintiff the summonses with a courtesy copy of the complaint so that the United States Marshals can serve the defendants, as directed by plaintiff; and 3. Plaintiffs ex parte request for injunctive relief is denied.(PSSA, 4)
