September 10, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 7 Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton: ORDER entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Lois Russo, Acting, Superintendent of MCI Concord, shall be substituted as the sole respondent in this action and the Clerk shall serve a copy of the petition. The respondent shall, w ithin 21 days of receipt of this Order, file an answer or other responsive pleading to the petition for writ of habeas corpus. The answer (or other responsive pleading) must also include a statement notifying this Court of the existence of any victi m or victims as defined by 18 U.S.C. §3771. This Court further requests the respondent, as part of the return, file such documents which reflect on the issue as to whether petitioner exhausted available state remedies with respect to the matter s raised by the petition, The Clerk served copies the petition and and this order upon (i) Lois Russo, Acting Superintendent, MCI Concord, 965 Elm Street PO Box 9106, Concord, MA 01742; and (ii) the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachuse tts; Attention: Chief of the Appellate Division, One Ashburton Place, 18th Floor Boston, MA 02108-1598. The Clerk sent a courtesy copy of the habeas petition and this Memorandum and Order to the Legal Division of Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General, 150 South Main Street, Providence, RI 02903. A copy of this Order was mailed to petitioner.(PSSA, 4)
