Filing 11 Chief Judge Patti B. Saris: ORDER entered granting 9 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying without prejudice 10 Motion to Appoint Counsel. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1), the Court assesses an initial partial filing f ee of $0.03. The Clerk shall issue a summons for service of the complaint on the defendants. The Clerk shall send the summonses, complaint, and this Order to the plaintiff, who must thereafter serve the defendants in accordance with Federal Rul e of Civil Procedure 4(m). The plaintiff may elect to have service made by the United States Marshals Service. Notwithstanding Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m) and Local Rule 4.1, the plaintiff shall have 120 days from the date of this Order to complete service. (PSSA, 4) Modified on 9/9/2015 (PSSA, 4). |
