Judge Allison D. Burroughs: ORDER entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons stated herein, defendants motions to dismiss [ECF Nos. 48, 50, 52] are granted in part. Count II of the Complaint is dismissed, but Count I is not. Wells Fargo may amend the Complaint within 14 days to bring a breach of contract claim against CGA&W.
