MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: After thorough review and careful consideration, the Court ORDERS that the Plaintiff's 22 Response to the Proposed Findings and Recommendation and the Plaintiff's 24 Response and Supporting Facts to Defenda nt's Response of Objections to Proposed Findings and Recommendation be OVERRULED and that the Magistrate Judge's 21 Proposed Findings and Recommendation be ADOPTED.
