ORDER directing the Clerk of the Court correct the name of Dr. Messersmith on the docket sheet for this case; remove defendants Victoria Scott, Murphy, Wynn, and Turn Key Health Care in accordance with #5 Perry's amended complaint; prepare summonses for the defendants; directing the United States Marshal to serve a copy of #5 amended complaint and summons on each defendant without prepayment of fees and costs or security therefor; and directing Perry to provide correct names for following nurses employed by Turn Key at the Pulaski County Detention Facility: Nurse Collins, Nurse Norton, and Nurse Shootter.
