ORDER adopting 12 Report and Recommendations. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's claims: that Defendants have implanted transmitters into Plaintiff and all claims related to those allegations; for monetary damages against Defendants in their official capacities; and against Defendant Gregory Dozier in their entirety. The Court dismisses without prejudice Plaintiff's remaining claims, directs the Clerk of Court to close this case and enter the appropriate judgment of dismissal, and denies Plaintiff in forma pauperis status on appeal. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS of the Magistrate Judge that the Court DISMISS Plaintiff's claims that Defendants have implanted transmitters into Plaintiff and all claims related to those allegations. It is further RECOMMENDED that the Court DISMISS Plaintiff's claims for monetary damages against Defendants in their official capacities and DISMISS Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Gregory Dozier. re 1 Complaint. As to Plaintiff's remaining claims, the Court DIRECTS Plaintif f to file an Amended Complaint within fourteen (14) days of this Order. The Court ORDERS any party seeking to object to this Report and Recommendation to file specific written objections within fourteen (14) days of the date on which this Report and Recommendation is entered.
