Both the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment are DENIED as to the Plaintiff's Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment claims against all Defendants for the alleged illegal search and seizure of his vehicle and those claims remain pending.
