ORDER: The court DISMISSES this case WITHOUT PREJUDICE; DENIES Eye Keyla M. Carruthers Washington a/k/a Antwan M. Carruthers leave to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF #2 ); ORDERS the plaintiff, Eye Keyla M. Carruthers Washington a/k/a Antwan M. Carruthers, IDOC # 968154, to pay (and the facility having custody of her to automatically remit) to the clerk of this court 20 percent of the money she receives for each calendar month during which she receives $10.00 or more, until the $402.00 filing fee is paid in full; DIRECTS the clerk of court to create a ledger for receipt of these funds; DIRECTS the clerk of court to return, unfiled, any papers filed by or on behalf of Eye Keyla M. Carruthers Washington a/k/a Antwan M. Carruthers (except for a notice of appeal or unless filed in an open case or in a criminal or habeas corpus proceeding) until she has paid in full all outstanding fees and sanctions in all civil actions in any federal court; DIRECTS the clerk to note on the docket of 3:23-cv-416 any attempted filings in violation of this order; and DIRECTS the clerk to ensure that a copy of this order is mailed to each facility where the plaintiff is housed until the filing fee has been paid in full. | Filing 3 Consent to Receipt of Documents Through Prisoner Electronic Filing Program by Antwan M Carruthers. The Prisoner Electronic Filing Program operates pursuant to General Order 2018-1. When an inmate submits a document for electronic filing, the Prison Law Library emails a scanned copy and mails the original to the Court. The inmate should not mail a paper copy to the Court or a Defendant. When the scanned copy is docketed by the Court, a Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) is emailed to the Prison Law Library. This NEF is printed by the Prison Law Library and given to the inmate with only the first page of the inmate's filing. Defendants are served by the Court. When the Prison Law Library receives an NEF for an entry by the Court, the NEF and a full copy of any attached order or document is printed and given to the inmate. The Prison Law Library will not print the NEF for documents filed by a Defendant. The Defendant must serve the inmate by mail. (Attachments: #1 Envelope) (kmt) |
