ORDER DENYING MOTION TO DROP LAWSUIT, DENYING MOTION TO CONTINUE LAWSUIT, AND DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO FILE 6-MONTH TRANSACTION REPORT. Plaintiff Aaron Donaldson brought this case and moved for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court directed him to submit, on or before February 22, 2022, a copy of the transaction history associated with his prison trust account for the 6-month period preceding the filing of this case. Dkt. 7. Mr. Donaldson did not comply. He did, however, file a motion to drop lawsuit, and then a motion to continue lawsuit. These motions, dkt. #8 and dkt. #9 , are both denied without prejudice. If Mr. Donaldson wishes to voluntarily dismiss this case, he may do so by filing a notice of dismissal. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Mr. Donaldson shall have through March 25, 2022, to either (1) submit a report of his prison trust account transactions for the 6 months preceding the filing of this case or (2) pay the $402 filing fee.
