ORDER GRANTING #3 MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND ASSESSING INITIAL PARTIAL FILING FEE - Juan Robinson's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is GRANTED to the EXTENT that he is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $99.92. Mr. Taylor will have through April 28, 2023, to pay this sum to the clerk of the District Court. The Court also GRANTS Mr. Robinson's motion to correct defendants' names, dkt. #8 , insofar as the Court recognizes the proper names of defendants whose names are misspelled in the complaint.
