ORDER DENYING MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - Plaintiff initiated the present action by filing this complaint on January 12, 2024. Dkt. #1 . He also filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Dkt. 3. He failed to alert this Court in either filing to the fact he was previously notified by this Court that he has "struck out." Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is denied and this action is dismissed with prejudice. Judgment consistent with this Order shall now issue.
