Riches v. Affleck et al

Plaintiff Jonathan Lee Riches sued Defendants Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for paying federal fuel, telecommunications, property, and income taxes. Plaintiff alleged that these tax payments are used by the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Prisons to support his illegal incarceration.
