The Court will also consider an award of reasonable attorneys fees in connection with partial success by the plaintiff on the merits in this litigation. Acco rdingly, it is ORDERED that this matter be REMANDED for further proceedings not inconsistent with this Memorandum, and It is FURTHER ORDERED that on or before March 18, 2016 Hatfield submit a fully supported submission for the award of attorneys fees.
