Sorokin: ORDER entered.On June 4, 2018, Magistrate Judge Bowler issued a Report and Recommendation (#133) recommending that the Court allow 3A Marine Service's Motion for Summary Judgment (#117) on all claims asserted ag ainst it. The time for filing objections has passed without any filing by any party. After de novo review of the pending matter, the Court hereby ADOPTS Judge Bowler's 133 Report and Recommendation and ALLOWS 117 3A Marine's Motion fo r Summary Judgment. The parties shall file a joint status report no later than July 6, 2018 stating (1) the claims that remain for trial; (2) the anticipated duration of trial; (3) whether all remaining parties consent to the exercise of jurisdiction by the magistrate judge to conduct the trial; and (4) whether the remaining parties wish to mediate the remaining claims.
