May 27, 2015	Filing 6 Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton: ORDER entered. Yolanda Smith, Superintendent of the Suffolk County House of Correction, shall be substituted as the sole respondent in this action. The Clerk shall serve a copy of the Petition upon the United States Atto rney and Yolanda Smith.The Respondent shall, within 21 days of this Order, file an answer or other responsive pleading. The Respondent shall provide the Court with at least 48 hours (i.e. two (2) business days) notice prior to any removal of petition er from the jurisdiction. The Clerk shall provide petitioner with a copy of the petition so that Nooks may sign the last page and return to the Court within thirty-five (35) days of the date of this Order. The Clerk mailed a copy of this order to p etition with a copy of his petition. The clerk served a copy of the order and the petition on Yolanda Smith, Superintendent of the Suffolk County House of Correction 20 Bradston Street, Boston, MA 02118 and the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.(PSSA, 4)
