Judge Allison D. Burroughs: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered For the foregoing reasons, the Defendants Partial Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 21] is hereby ALLOWED as to Counts I, II, and III of Plaintiffs Complaint, and the claims in those counts are DISMIS SED. The Court, consistent with discussions with counsel at the November 18, 2015 hearing, declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state-law claims alleged in Counts IV - VIII, see 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c), but notes that the Plaintiffs may elect to pursue these claims in state court.
