District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ORDER entered For the foregoing reasons set forth in the attached Order, the Court concludes that the Protective Order shall permit the three in-house counsel designated by Philips -- but no other retained counsel, unle ss such counsel registers as counsel of record -- to view materials designated as Attorneys Eyes Only. Further, the Protective Orders prosecution bar may not prohibit counsel from participating in claim amendments in the course of the proceedings specified as exclusions to the prosecution bar.
