DeMoura should not be dismissed for the reasons stated herein, or he shall file an Amended Complaint in accordance with Rule 8 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; No summonses shall issue pending further Order of the Court. The Court will permit the claims against Lt. Shagrue and Investigator Black to proceed and will direct the issuance of summonses and service by th e United States Marshal Service once the issues with respect to Superintendent Saba and D.O. DeMoura are resolved; Plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of Counsel (Docket No. 2) is DENIED. His Letter (Docket No. 5) seeking assistance in obtaining counsel is moot in view of the denial of his motion.(PSSA, 1) |
