Chief Judge Patti B. Saris: MEMORANDUM and Order entered. The Court DENIES the motion to dismiss (Docket No. 80 ) as to the alleged materially false and misleading statements and omissions related to INRatio. The Court ALLOWS Defendants' m otion to dismiss (Docket No. 80 ) as to all other alleged materially false or misleading statements or omissions. Furthermore, the Court DISMISSES Carla Flakne as to all claims, as Plaintiffs did not pursue any theory of Flaknes individual liability.
