Massachusetts Partnership for Correctional Healthcare, Patricia Ruze, M.D., Lawrence Churchville, M.D., Ziesl Mayaan, NP, and Stephanie Byron, RN shall respond to the complaint on or before August 5, 2016. The plaintiff shall serve defendant UMass Correctional Health with the summons, complaint, and a copy of this order within 60 days of the date of this order. Service must be made in compliance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 4.1. Because the plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, he may elect to have service completed by the United States Marshals Service.
