Sorokin: ORDER entered The 21 Motion to Dismiss filed by GTL, GS Direct, LLC, Veritas Capital, and American Securities, LLC, is ALLOWED with respect to all Counts except Count III against GTL. Norris's claim is STAYED pen ding determination by the FCC should Norris choose to pursue his claim in that forum.
