The parties shall, by December 15, 2017, conduct discovery limited to the issue of whether the court may exercise specific personal jurisdiction over OnShift. 3. Defendant shall, by January 15, 2018, file any renewed motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. 4. The plaintiff shall respond by February 15, 2018. 5.
