District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ORDER entered.Order on 25 Motion to Dismiss: The Court DISMISSES all counts in the SAC, with the exception of Gravelle's claim for breach of the Release by Hudson (Count XII). Gravelles motion for leave to fi le the SAC (Doc. No. 34) is ALLOWED, and his motion to amend the SAC (Doc. No. 37) is DENIED. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 25) is ALLOWED in part and DENIED in part. Because the SAC alleges no counts against Calian, the Court also STR IKES Calian from the SAC. The Clerk shall schedule a Rule 16 conference. Pro se Plaintiff Gravelle shall understand all obligations of counsel set forth in Local Rule 16.1 to apply equally to him in this case.SO ORDERED. (Montes, Mariliz)
