Filing 20 Chief Judge Patti B. Saris: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered granting 19 Motion to Reopen Case. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1), the Court assesses an initial partial filing fee of $30.00. The remainder of the fee, $320.00, shall b e collected in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2);The Clerk shall reissue summonses as to Massachusetts Partnership for Correctional Health (MPCH), the Massachusetts Department of Correction, Stephanie Byron, and Linda M. Farag. The time to effect services of the summonses and complaint upon the defendants is enlarged to a date 90 days from the date of this Memorandum and Order. Because Jones is proceeding in forma pauperis, he may elect to have the United States Marshals Service (USMS) complete service with all costs of service to be advanced by theUnited States.
