Filing 24 Judge Allison D. Burroughs: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered. For the foregoing reasons, Dr. Barkers motion to dismiss ECF No. 19 is GRANTED and the Amended Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice. Although the Amended Complaint fails to establish personal jurisdiction over Dr. Barker, the Court will allow Centurion one last attempt to meet its jurisdictional burden.
