Filing 40 Judge Allison D. Burroughs: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered. For the reasons stated herein, the motion to dismiss filed by Durgin Pines and Bridges ECF No. 26 is GRANTED for lack of personal jurisdiction over those defendants. The motion to dismiss filed by Amedisys and Putnam ECF No. 35 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: (1) all of Plaintiffs claims are dismissed as to Putnam; and (2) only the following claims survive with respect to Amedisys: retaliation under the MWPA; hostile work environment and constructive discharge under Title VII; and disability discrimination and retaliation under the ADA, MHRA, and Title VII.
