March 12, 2019 Filing 6 Chief Judge Patti B. Saris: ORDER entered. SERVICE ORDER re 2241 Petition. Superintendent Smith shall be the sole respondent. The Clerk of this Court shall serve a copy of the Petition upon Superintendent Smith and the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, Petitioner shall not be moved outside of the District of Massachusetts pending the resolution of this action. If the Petitioner is currently in transit outside of the District of Massachusetts, he shall immediately be returned to the District of Massachusetts. Respondent shall, no later than 8:00pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, notify the Court of Petitioner's location. Counsel for Respondent and Petitioner shall communicate as soon as practicable and discuss possible resolutions of this matter. Counsel shall notify the Court promptly of any such resolution. Should the parties fail to agree on resolution of this case, Respondent shall, no later Tuesday, March 26, 2019, show cause why the Petition should not be granted. (PSSA, 3)
