The United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts and the Attorney General shall be terminated as parties to the action. Notwithstanding, Plaintiff is still required to serve both of them with a copy of the summons issued for Federal Student Aid as well as the complaint, addendum to complaint, and this order. The aforesaid service must be completed within 90 days of the issuance of the summons. Because Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, he may elect to have the United States Marshals Service complete service with all costs of service to be advanced by the United States.
