| Filing 8 Judge Richard G. Stearns: ORDER entered. SERVICE ORDER re 2241 Petition. 1.Steven J. Souza, Superintendent of the Bristol County House of Correction, shall be the sole respondent in this action. The Clerk shall amend the docket to identify Steven J. Souza, not Steve Souza, as the sole respondent and to terminate as parties Sheriff Hodgson and the ICE Acting Field Office Director. 2.The clerk shall serve a copy of the petition upon (i) Superintendent Souza; and (ii) the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. 3.The respondent shall, within 21 days of the date of this order, respond to the petition. If the respondent opposes the petition, he must file a memorandum setting forth the facts and legal arguments in support of his opposition. 4.Unless otherwise ordered by the court, during the pendency of this action the respondent shall not transfer Kaba outside of the District of Massachusetts unless it is to effectuate his removal. For purposes of this order, effectuating removal includes, but is not limited to, travel for interviews, procedures, meetings, or other events where Kabas presence is necessary for the anticipated procurement of travel documents. The respondent shall promptly notify the court if Kaba is moved outside of the District of Massachusetts, the reason therefor, and, if applicable, the projected date of Kabas return to the District of Massachusetts.
