July 19, 2019 Filing 8 Judge William G. Young: ORDER entered. The motion #7 for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d), Andrew M. Saul, the Commissioner of Social Security, shall be substituted as the defendant. The Clerk shall issue a summons. The plaintiff is responsible for serving the complaint and summons in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 4.1 within 90 days of the date the summons is issued. If so asked by the plaintiff, the United States Marshals Service shall complete service as directed by the plaintiff with all costs of service to be advanced by the United States.
