At this time, the Court sees no reason to disturb the designation of this case as related. If a party disagrees, that party shall file a motion. If the Court comes to a different view after reviewing the motion to dismiss, it will discuss the issue with counsel. If any party wishes the Court to convene a telephone status conference, the party shall so request of Ms. Simeone and she will schedule such a conference forthwith a time convenient to counsel and the Court.
