P. 26(a)(1) must be completed by 12/20/19; Motions for leave to Amend Pleadings & Joinder of Parties must be filed by 1/20/20. All fact discovery must be completed no later than 5/8/20. The parties will inform the court no later than 4/6/2020, if they intend to engage an expert witness, stating the experts area of knowledge, and why the expert is necessary to their presentation. If no experts are utilized, dispositive motions, if any, will be filed no later than 5/29/2020, oppositions due 6/19/2020, reply by leave of court only.
